Our customers are always top of mind and our top priority. Our goal at FoxFit is to ensure you are 100% happy with your order. We will work with you to adjust or fix any issues you may have. If you decide to return / refund your order, we will send you a store credit once your order has returned to our warehouse. Our return / refund are at the discretion of our FoxFit team. Our policy is as follows:
- All sales can only be returned for store credit unless defective, in which we will provide an exchange (if your size and colour are out of stock we will then provide a full refund)
- Returns / defective products must include original packaging
- Items must be unworn and in brand-new condition (trying on is fine)
- Return shipping to be paid by customer
- All returns / exchanges must be completed within 30 days
- Clearance items are final sale
